Well Experienced Procuring team dedicated to get the cream of cotton from all over the cotton rich area of the country. Our Quality control starts with contamination controlled premium ginners installed at our textile units to assure finest cotton for spinning units.

We have all the Latest machines from leading textile manufacturers of Germany, Switzerland and Japan. The group has State - Of - Art spinning machineries with 29000 spindle's capacity .

Also plant contains most modernized machines like Truetzschler, VetalPolysensor contamination sorters, EJM 128 RingFrames with Auto doffing system connected with Muratec- 21c Link coner, Uster Quantum 2 clearers.

We are equipped with fine blend of Chinese, Japanese, American and European machinery for manufacturing of superior quality blended yarn for use at Air jet looms.

  • Blowroom: Truetzschler
    Made: Switzerland
    All produced Laps made are weighed and those found beyond quality controls limits at this stage are discarded. Removal of waste at subsequent beaters improves cotton cleanliness.

  • Card: TC-03 Truetzschler
    Made: German
    We have a very good cleaning and suction system. Filter room is also of Cross Roll.Our technical expertise and equipment allows reducing higher percentage of fly and dropping to get good results.

  • Drawing: Reiter RSB-D30 & D45
    Made: German
    Combined machinery setup of TOYODA and latest model of RIETER is at function in our premises. In addition to photocells, in-house designed and fabricated Electric Silver stop motion on Toyoda Drawings is installed. 

  • Simplex: Toyoda
    Made: Japan
    Six Toyoda Fl-16 type machines are currently in operation in Simplex sector. Special type of Flyer on machines is installed to get even quality roving.

  • Ring: EJM 128 SKF Drafting

    Made: Japan
    Air conditioning systems in Ring department maintain the required R.H and temperature in the whole ring department to maintain low hairiness in yarn. Cots, Apron and Steel rings of machinery is changed at proper time.

  • Autocone: Muratec
    Made: Japan
    It is a fully computerized system and helps to determine departmental efficiency round the clock. Yarn hairiness is controlled on 21 C Process Coner by its special balloon system.
