The Quality of cotton procured has a direct and measurable impact on the quality of yarn. We follow a consistent policy of evaluating cotton using high volume instrument to design constant running conditions resulting in little 'Between and within Bobbin' variations.

Contamination Free Yarn

Our Contamination level per kg of knitted fabrics is not more than 2 Levels and most of the cases Contamination Presence is Zero Level. Because our Blowroom Contamination Sorters and auto cone yarn clearers are working with optimum setting standards. Also Our Continuous training towards all staff and employees about how to control and eliminate the entry of Contaminations in the products is helping us to supply world class high quality Contamination Free yarn.

Our Strength

The manufacturing process is constantly monitored by the Quality Assurance team. Both on-line monitoring and off-line monitoring is carried out according to a detailed schedule which includes the mode and level of inspection and test to be carried out at all stages.
